The Plane Ride

They had tents setup, and inside they had one of those giant video screens and were tracking the flight.

The plane landing.

The guys getting off the plane. They still had to turn in their weapons, etc. We didn't see Gunner, but they were having some technical difficulties.
Junior waving to the screen hoping to see his daddy.

After the guys got off the plane and they showed it, we went outside and waited, and waited, and waited some more. One of my students and her mom came to take pictures and welcome him home too. They had fire engines at the end of the road, and as the buses came through, they shot water over the buses. They also do this when the planes come in at DFW.

More pictures to come. Did I mention that Gunner is HOME!!!!

No more Trash Days! Gunner must officially take out every piece of trash from now on!

Hope I get to meet the whole kit-kat & kaboodle some day in San Antonio!
