Changes!!!!

So when I last posted in January, I was a 4th grade teacher.

After what happened with Andrew, I decided a change was in order.  I applied for a job as a campus tech, and got it!  I know oversee all the technology at an elementary school on Hood.

Yes, that would be the same Hood that has been all over the news lately.

It's been just over a week and everyone appreciates the security that the schools are providing.

I was talking to a young Soldier today, and his platoon sgt was killed last Wednesday.  He thanked us for keeping his daughter safe.  That's hard.

I love being back with military kids.  Love it.  Having spent so long as a military spouse, they hold a special place in my heart!
