Em is home!!!

I sure missed that smiling face, but alas, she was more excited to see her brother. He saw her across the grass and was off and running for her. He threw his little chubby arms around her neck and didn't want to let go. Emily said her hi, gave a couple of hugs, and then was back with her friends. I'm glad she had such a good time!

They had a dance one night. She said that the rules were if a boy asked you to dance you had to say yes and go. This boy that she had talked to a few times came up about 3 feet away from her, stopped, and couldn't say anything or move or anything. Then he panicked and ran away after about 5 minutes. Poor kid!!! Em said she was kind of sad. My baby is growing up!!!

Abs should be home in a few days. Class ends soon. I am revisiting going to Colorado in July. My friend Jessie told me her school district starts the 4th of August, and I hate for the girls to miss a month of school. I am thinking it might be best to suck it up and go up there. I can do it, it would just be easier not too.

I wish my dad was here all the time, but it is times like this especially that I really miss his advice. He would make it sound so easy and fun, that I would jump in and be off.

I think I can...I think I can...I think I can. I applied at a few more school districts, but I think I am pretty much down to the wire. It would be easier if I was there. I was also thinking about how to use the $6k for military spouses....reading specialist? I'm looking into programs and colleges out there.

It doesn't help that I have a friend out there right now, whose husband is there on business, and I am blown away by how beautiful it is!

I'm still thinking on it....anyone know any good three bedroom apartments in Colorado that have a 3 month lease or less?

Don't worry about things that haven't and may never happen. Young lady look at and be proud of all you have accomplished this past year. The FAMILY sure is proud of you!

Glad you got your little girl back!! I would say wait on Colorado but that is just because it is less stress on you.

Wow! You sound like a busy person. Good luck finding a place to stay. I found your page while looking up info on the military spouse education account (6K for school). I've been thinking about ways to take advantage of the money, too. Kind of excited, but I haven't been to school in so long I'm a bit nervous.
