ABW went to pickup Em. She got in the car and burst into tears. My heart broke for her. Two girls were really mean to her. Anyone want to take over parenting for a while, I think I am in over my head.
ABW just talked to Gunner. Junior got on the phone and told him "I'm not missing you". Gunner: "Well I'm missing you buddy." Junior: "Well I miss you...but I try to forget that I miss you." Sigh...
ABW is thinking of getting a garmin for her birthday. The beauty of deployments is I can buy my own presents. What's your favorite model?
ABW has an ENTIRE house that smells like lavender. I thought Abs wanting to take a bath in the middle of the days was odd, but I trusted her. She is now soaking in half a bottle of lavender essential oil and a few inches of water. Heck, it's supposed to be calming, so maybe this is a good thing?
ABW dropped Junior off at preschool in dry superman underwear. All the other kids had backpacks, and with all his extra clothes, Junior looked like he was moving in. Better to be safe than sorry!
ABW wonders what time you put your kids to bed on a school night.
ABW spent the morning cleaning red jello out of the carpet. Thanks Abs.
and so begins another day in the life of ABW and the three little hearts. Oh, and I totally think The Mrs. should get facebook.

Oh, Junior's conversation just broke my little stone heart. I'm actually considering getting rid of facebook, it was nice in the beginning, but now it just bugs me. Too much of a time suck for me - I'd rather be blogging if I want to waste time. LOL!
The Mrs. doesn't have FB? What rock is she under, LOL! Maybe you should start 'tweeting'?
How is the project coming along? I wish we were closer becasue I would LOVE to help Abs on projects. Seriously I would.
I have a Garmin Nuvi and honestly don't know how I ever lived without it!
7:30 Sharp...and that is every night with very few exceptions. But my kiddos are younger 5, 3 and 7 months...but if I can get them down at this time I have a little quiet time for me or me and dh when he is home. :) But for the forseeable future it will be 7:30-8:00.
I'm sorry things are rough right now. Mean girls suck, kids saying sad things like Junior did hurt and missing a deployed husband is no fun. I hope your days get better.
Well, if I remember way back when, and considering I can't remember five minutes ago that's a huge 'if', I'm thinking when I was 12 it was 8:30 or 9 and it was very much based on age.
Personally, I'd let Em stay up a bit later but if she was harder than normal to get up the next day, I'd cut it back down.
