It's a good thing playing in the fountains isn't a big deal, but she went on to get SOAKED. He couldn't stop her early in the fun?

Ha ha at least she's having fun!!
She has always been a water fan! Recall how soaked she got in the rain at her cousin's wedding? And she was only two or three.
